The place was fairly clean with an informative staff at reception desk. The location was marvellous and fab for walking around Kazmierz The Former Jewish District. It was located in a pretty comfortable area just off the main old town square, coffee shops and the nightlife close to the market square and many restaurants and bars, an incredible base for me.

Had good sleep at the triple room with very comfy beds. Its location was great to main railway station. The place was minutes from Mihiderka, where you can have dinner.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a fortified hilltop castle was fab. The room I stayed in was spotless and soundproof, it had 2 queen-size beds.

Excellent location in the heart of the Jewish quarter with many restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Krakow.

Room was bigger then we expected. Breakfast offers different choices from yoghurt to eggs and sausages. A girl during check-out tried to do all she could while the net was broken, stamped several papers and promissed to send bills via post later. Some of them spoke Russian.
Internet in the room works through cable which we didn't find there. To be fare we were not really looking for it but it was not plugged. Lighting switch was in the bathroom which is not very convinient when you go out. Would be nice to have a news TV channel at least in English.
